Return Eligibility
New and unopened items are eligible for returns. However, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes personalized items, clearance items, and opened hygiene products.

Time Frame
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in original packaging

Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a store error or defective item.
  • We will send you the return shipping address and recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Optional: we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. They are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
