Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping every doll so it arrives safely, no matter where you are in the world.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always notify you by email if there’s a delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days, calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Express Shipping — 2–4 business days, available for an additional fee.
  • Same-Day Delivery — available for local orders only, at an additional cost. Contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and your selected shipping method. Any applicable free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to destinations around the world. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees or product prices.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your doll’s journey every step of the way. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of your order shipping, please reach out to us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We’ll work with the carrier and with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
